Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

In October 2024, the Worker Protection Act 2023, an amendment to the Equality Act 2010, will come into effect, reshaping the landscape of workplace dynamics. These changes, place a new emphasis on employer responsibility, shifting the focus, from reactive measures, to proactive prevention, of sexual harassment, in the workplace.
